Dr. Godbole Laboratory commits to provide the laboratory services in the fields of hematology, clinical pathology, clinical biochemistry and serology complying with the international standard ISO 15189:2012.
Dr. Godbole Laboratory commits to provide highest quality testing services with accuracy, precision and timeliness to satisfy its clients by adoption of quality management system as per ISO 15189:2012. through good professional practices, use of standard test procedures, high quality equipment and continual improvement in individual skills and knowledge.
To achieve this Dr. Godbole Laboratory will :
- Implement quality management system to ensure
excellence in every field of laboratory services.
- Ensure all personnel are familiar with the quality
policy statement.
- Commit Health, safety & welfare of its staff.
- Reporting results of the tests in such a way, which
are timely, confidential and accurate.
- Participate in External quality assessment,
internal audit & assessment of Customer Satisfaction in order to produce
continual quality improvement.
- Maintains the
privacy and confidentiality of information.
- Commit ongoing training program for all new and
existing employees.
- Assess the satisfaction of its users and strive for continual quality improvement.
